mr. G.J. (Jeroen) Schras is a lawyer and partner of the firm.

He is regularly appointed as a trustee, e.g. by the Rotterdam District Court. Besides this, he represents SME and medium-sized companies, and a number of financial services providers in the fields of contract law, takeovers and liability law, and in case of (un-wished for) legal proceedings. In 2005, Jeroen Schras completed the postgraduate specialisation Transport Law.
