The criminal law section of the firm attends to and consults on proceedings before the Police Court (for Economic Offences) or the Three-Judge Criminal Section. Besides cassation cases before the Netherlands Supreme Court, our firm will readily assist your defence in criminal cases before the Police Court or the Three-Judge Criminal Section. The criminal law sector of our firm offers assistance at a highly specialised level to both private persons and companies. This includes general criminal cases, such as violence offences, drugs cases, fraud, drink-driving offences, and other serious traffic offences, as well as international criminal cases, searches, seizures and demand for confiscation orders, economic and environmental offences.
